As a Network Provider consultant-Claims/Policies/Credentials Specialist), You will:

Job Description:

• Contract Management: Receipt, review, and tracking of new provider contracts and amendments.
• Issue Resolution: Researching and resolving internal inquiries related to contract operations, systems, and data entry issues. Provide internal communications with Provider Network, Provider Relations, and Government Programs staff.
• Template Maintenance: Maintenance and updates of provider contract agreement and amendment templates, ensuring adherence to Texas state filing regulations.
• Policy Coordination: Assisting in the composition and coordination of revised policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree OR 2 years of experience in the insurance/managed care industry with independent decision-making capabilities.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for composing responses, training materials, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with one year of business experience.
• Knowledge of the care industry, provider contracts, products, and TDI filing regulations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Apttus/Conga, and DocuSign applications.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $35 to $40 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
