The System Analyst will work in conjunction with the CSI team members. Use ETL tools to build and support Customer Integrations, aid in improving business processes and efficiency through software enhancement and implementation of Customer Systems.
What you'll do:
Assist CSI Team with the following functions in the Customer Systems Integrations areas:
Assess customer requests for new or modified systems integration functionality and write business specifications
Review desired change with customer requested and prepare specification document accordingly
Complete technical specifications
Participate in solution build analysis, design, development and programming.
Review needs requirements and suggest solution alternatives
Participate in solution prototyping for validation
Participate in solution development
Test/design new or modified application functionality to business specification
Execute tests to ensure that the change matches the desired functionality
Perform tests to determine application performance, including effect on existing, or planned changes, to functionalities
Review and maintain customer integration related data interfaces
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly file load and data transfer processes and review for completeness to ensure data integrity
Serve as support for customers
Respond to broad range of questions from customers, from simple to complex issues
Assist in ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Provide reports for ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Mathematics, Engineering and Business Management fields or equivalent experience.
4 to 6 years of experience with data transformation tools is required.
Proficient with SQL, cXML, EDI, JSON, API's and ETL Tools.
Familiarity with Cleo Clarify is an advantage.
