Position Overview:

Tiffany & Co., is seeking a dynamic and passionate Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a depth of knowledge of industry trends and external partnerships.

The Analyst will assist the manager on all Product Collaboration initiatives. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the team in building the overall strategy and execution of the collaborations. Primary functions include supporting the strategy development and product development to support the activation of the projects through sell-through, as well as supporting the manager in relationship management with external and internal partners.

They will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of the cross- functional go-to market strategies with the overarching strategy of the project and ensure a cohesive approach in support of company goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support manager in defining master strategy for collaboration initiatives:
    • Building competitive analyses and competitive brand overviews
    • Building and maintaining respective product plans throughout various stages of development 
    • Building communication decks to support the development and share out of collaboration goals and overarching strategy 
    • Creating internal product briefs for design and creative teams
    • Develop and maintain master calendar and all tracking documents for launch dates to balance and schedule activity appropriately
    • Support manager in communicating with external partners and serving as point of contact at Tiffany
  • Support manager in SKU/lifecycle management, pricing and analysis for all collaboration initiatives:
    • Support in SKU creation, setup and signoff in TPM 
    • Support in PKB and ecomm photography, copy and visibility status
    • Support in lifecycle management and excess inventory
    • Support in developing pricing strategies 
    • Support in development of all custom packaging + kitting details
  • Support manager in operational tasks: 
    • Oversee onboarding process and vendor setup
    • Manage all purchase orders and invoicing via Coupa
    • Manage and oversee transfer of product samples to internal and external partners 
    • Inventory management of product samples following standard inventory control protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience and understanding of luxury, retail, culture, style and design
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate across multiple functional areas (internally + with external partners)
  • Thought leadership, excellent analytical skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to multitask in a very high paced environment 
  • Strong ability to collaborate productively 
  • Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint / Business Objects (Internally)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, operational management or project management a plus

The hiring range for this position ranges from $74,035 - $100,165. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
