Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains tools and equipment to ensure effective response to mechanical or technical problem assessments to determine what components should be replaced
- Target equipment issues and repair services in customer outlets
- Provides technical advice for customers, business partners and company associates to teach, provide expertise or validate equipment or processes from a technician’s perspective
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
