In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

HR Payroll Manager
Responsible for delivering Payroll processes and solutions, guiding problem resolution, change requests, and system performance management. The role manages personnel and payroll data, benefits, and talent administration, using expertise to independently address queries and ensure prompt, accurate responses.
Your Role:
- Delivers global Payroll processes and solutions, , while guiding problem resolution, change requests, and system performance management.
- Manages transactional and administrative services related to personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, and talent administration, including mass transaction updates, serving as an expert in all aspects of data and payroll processing.
- Partners across the newly formed HR team to answer queries independently by effectively using and interpreting relevant data and available information, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Provides support to regional counterparts, ensuring global-local alignment for process-specific activities, translating strategic goals into effective processes, and co-defining and supporting implementation plans with process owners, sectors, and countries.
- Monitors and ensures the performance of third-party providers, addressing process issues and business requirements effectively, identifying improvements based on LEAN methodologies.
You're the right fit if:
- You have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), including Payroll Management & accounting.
- Your skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Employees and People Leaders. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and case management skills.
- You hold a Bachelor's / master’s degree in human resources- HR Management, Change Management, HR Processes/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $131,040 to $209,664
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
