As Senior Director Digital Services Offering Leader, Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the digital services offering strategy aligned to all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) of Honeywell. You will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap for our digital services portfolio, ensuring its alignment with our business objectives and customer needs. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability for our digital services offerings.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define and execute the digital services offering strategy. Your expertise in digital technologies and industrial market trends will guide the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer, HCE and will work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute on the HCE Connectivity & Digital Services vision and roadmap to deliver solutions
- Lead a team of product managers and engagement managers to develop compelling digital services offerings and drive adoption across the SBGs and Gold Business Enterprises (GBEs)
- Integrate our massive install base with connectivity and data to build Services and SaaS products on Forge
- Collaborate with GBE offering teams and cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales) to translate customer needs into competitive digital services offerings driven by compelling roadmaps
- Oversee the design, development and monetization of AI-powered solutions tailored for aftermarket services in industrial world
- Monitor and measure the performance of digital service offerings, ensuring they deliver expected growth and strong return on investment (ROI)
- Ensure commercialization of digital services by developing enterprise selling capabilities and demand shaping for driving organic growth of digital services within the install base
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of product management experience, leading high growth (double digit) services product portfolios of over $250M in revenue with successful commercialization
- Proven experience in building highly successful After Market Services/Digital Services businesses, driving business and financial model transformation and commercialization of these offerings
- Deep understanding of the industrial landscape, pain points, processes, equipment, and technologies
- Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), data analytics, and cloud computing with strong analytical skills to derive insights from industrial data and metrics
- Proven success in leading through influence in highly matrixed environments
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with transformation initiatives in manufacturing or industrial settings, driving digital connectivity into the install base, leveraging this connectivity and underlying data to monetize new high growth (double digit) service offerings and SaaS products
- Track record of success in data monetization and AI application for industrial challenges, leading to resilient and high-growth revenue streams
- Proficiency in data science methodologies and machine learning techniques
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts into business value propositions to a non-technical audience
- Familiarity with and understanding of industrial cybersecurity, data privacy, automation, control systems, operational technology, digital twin technology, and predictive maintenance solutions
- Knowledge of industrial software platforms and ecosystems
- Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, product road-mapping, and prioritization for complex industrial solutions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and inspiring cross-functional and diverse teams
- Understanding of industrial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to measure and communicate product success through relevant KPIs
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Business acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through AI
