Beauty / skincare client is seeking a Jr. Graphic / Multimedia Designer with beauty experience to work with their team. This is a contract to potential hire opportunity (40 hours/week to begin). This role does require onsite work in Long Beach Tuesdays - Thursdays.
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience and/or a passion for the skincare, aesthetics and beauty space
- Video/image editing and print experience REQUIRED
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere)
- Must have own programs and workstation while contracting
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Ideate and create design assets for various projects, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, website landing pages, paid ads, email/SMS, sales decks, and presentations
- Review design proofs and ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects
- Maintain all design and assets
- Archive all work on internal platforms
- Additional duties as assigned
NICE TO HAVES:
- Strong understanding of print and packaging spaces
- Proficient in Wrike or other PM / CRM tool
