Position Overview
The Sr. Media Planner/Buyer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that align with client objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes, with a focus on maximizing ROI through innovative media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive media strategies for clients based on their marketing objectives and target audience.
- Manage all aspects of media buying, including negotiating rates and placements with media vendors.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform media planning decisions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure media strategies align with overall campaign goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with media vendors.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
