Assistant Professor (Chatham University/Pittsburgh, PA): Teach undergraduate courses in Econ w/ focus on infusing biz sustainability principles, practices, & case studies throughout curriculum. Reqs: At a min, Ph.D. deg in Econ, Applied Econ, or economics-related field or frgn deg equiv & 1 year of exp in job offered or as a Postdoctoral Assoc in Econ or Economics-related field; 12 months’ exp teaching undergraduate-level econ course. Exp researching institutional econ in governmental policy; exp must incl performing quantitative rsrch in applied econ & economic policy; knowl of the application of advncd stat methods; knowl of quantitative rsrch & methods; evidence of scholarly rsrch & published work in peer-reviewed journals rel to the field of econ. Pos reqs trvl to domestic conferences 2-3 times per year in unanticipated locations in the United States; loc depends on conference organizers.
