- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Lead to drive impactful organizational transformation within our Global Procurement Organization.
- This critical role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex, global initiatives.
- We're looking for a team player who can collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide support to achieve common goals.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, fostering behavioral change, and ensuring smooth transitions across diverse teams and cultures.
- Develop, implement, and iterate change management plans aligned with the global procurement transformation strategy.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to monitor team sentiment and identify potential issues related to the change process.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change.
- Create and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication and training materials
- Analyze data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address concerns and provide support to teams experiencing challenges during the change curve.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in change management
- Bachelor's degree in organization development, business administration, or relevant experience
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, tech company (Saas preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in monitoring and responding to team sentiment
- Experience creating and delivering training and communications
- Certification in change management (e.g., SSGI, CCMP, etc.)
