Job Description - Process & Controls Lead (CTI)

• Seeking a dynamic professional to lead operational excellence and internal control processes within the Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) line of business. This role ensures adherence to enterprise standards, manages control testing and QA activities, and drives continuous process improvement through risk assessment, monitoring, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk and control assessments; monitor and test controls for compliance and improvement.
• Implement quality assurance frameworks and optimize control structures across CTI.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and metrics for governance dashboards.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma and BPM methodologies to evaluate process maturity and performance.
• Promote consistency in process architecture aligned with enterprise policies.
• Mentor team members and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of business/technology experience with 2+ years in BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Strong background in controls, risk management, QA, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or other technology service management frameworks.
• Proven strategic thinking, influencing, decision-making, and talent development capabilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and data analysis platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ITIL, or COBIT certifications.
• Knowledge of banking technology and infrastructure services.
• Experience in ARIS or process maturity frameworks (e.g., CMMI, TIPA).
