The Global Alumni Marketing Team plays an essential role in communicating our latest thinking so that prospective clients, employees, alumni, and opinion leaders can comprehend and consider our transformative solutions. Our highest outcome for Alumni Relations effort is to build and sustain a community that represents a network of proud and informed ambassadors, engaging in meaningful, mutually beneficial and long-term relationships with former colleagues, current staff and BCG as an organization.
The candidate will help facilitate BCG Alumni proprietary platforms (EngageCRM) & tools, actively contributing to the feedback loop in ideas, processes and activities. She/he will work with the Global Alumni Managers and Project Leaders with the goal to support all Alumni-related activities and will be collaborating with the local Alumni Coordinators’ network, Marketing Leaders, and internal stakeholders on various Alumni-related matters to contribute and positively influence the Alumni function, Marketing Community at BCG and Global BCG Networks. An interest for international culture and operating in global environment is important.

- Writing and copyediting skills: ability to find the story as an 'internal journalist' and adapt for audience,
- write questionnaires for interviewing Alumni and Boomerang employees,
- writing in different styles for different objectives and channels and leveraging Marketo, Salesforce, Outlook
- and other collaboration tools to disseminate the content
- Relationship builder with excellent social skills and open communication style
- Ability to take the initiative when appropriate and "make things happen" mindset
- Very good team player, highly reliable

- Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and
- approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycle
- ​​Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with proven academic achievement in
- ​Marketing, Communications or Business
- ​Highly detail-oriented, good analytical abilities, organized, accurate and efficient
- ​Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) experience
- ​Social media management experience- able to post and respond in a professional voice
- ​Prior co-op and internship experience a plus​
