Job Description
BAE Systems, is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and proficient Mid/Senior-Level Anti-Ship Missile Defense (ASMD) Integration Analyst to join our team at the NATO SEASPARROW Project Office (NSPO) in Arlington, VA. The selected candidate will provide engineering management, and programmatic support to the N-20 Fleet Support Division. This role is integral to ASMD Threat Upgrade (ASMD TU) project which involves development of new Combat Systems capabilities, specifically under the NATO Seasparrow Surface Missile System (NSSMS). The successful candidate will be pivotal in coordinating meetings, managing action items, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, integration, and verification activities within the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive programmatic support for all areas of the ASMD Threat Upgrade project.
  • Facilitate the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, developing meeting minutes of deliberations and action items.
  • Manage action item tracking to ensure timely and effective resolution of project tasks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with other supporting or responsible Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to maintain seamless project execution.
  • Lead working groups and tiger teams as necessary to address critical development, integration, or verification challenges across the ASMD TU Project.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and the implementation of best practices.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in programmatic support, preferably within the defense industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Active Secret U.S. government security clearance.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an International team environment.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with Anti-Ship Missile Defense systems, especially related to naval combat systems.
  • Knowledge of US Navy systems and Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of NSSMS or similar combat systems.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
