We’re seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Hoboken. This position combines strategic and tactical responsibilities, requiring independent campaign management and optimization for multiple major retail brands. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of three Campaign Managers and a CM Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns
- Support campaign optimization and performance tracking
- Monitor and maintain campaign health through ticket management
- Lead daily campaign maintenance and troubleshooting
- Traffic campaign tags across ad technology environments
- Oversee QA processes for campaign implementation and pacing
- Generate performance insights and campaign reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and media partners
- Manage creative assets and campaign documentation
- Provide regular performance updates and optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in digital campaign management/optimization
- Proven experience with bid management platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with campaign trafficking and optimization
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Superior communication skills across email, Slack, and verbal interaction
- Experience creating media plans across various digital tactics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with major retail digital properties
- Background in both upper funnel (brand messaging) and lower funnel (direct response) campaigns
- Experience with multiple client accounts in retail/consumer goods sector
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in bid management platforms
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with campaign management tools
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $52/HR DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
