Our agency, and leader in multicultural marketing and community engagement, is looking for a Traffic Manager to lead workflow and process across creative, media, and engagement departments. This new role will work closely with our President and be key to overall efficiency: optimizing resource allocation, maintaining communication, and fostering a productive, inspiring work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

PEOPLE:

  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation, keeping creative teams engaged and fostering skill development.

  • Collaborate with Creative Leadership to expand the freelancer database for creatives and designers.

  • Coordinate with cross-office teams to align resources, adhere to schedules, and enhance team communication.

  • Partner with HR to build and manage the New Employee Orientation Program.

PROCESS:

  • Oversee the workflow process, ensuring all steps are completed and signed off by relevant departments, with effective communication of any delays.

  • Create and maintain project schedules, routing work efficiently through the agency.

  • Manage the creative team's utilization, ensuring chargeable work is prioritized and downtime is effectively used.

  • Provide project leadership, overseeing the daily traffic of work to ensure consistent resource utilization.

  • Collaborate with Account Services, New Business, Design, Engagement, and Media teams to execute project requests and meet scheduling requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and company strategy to ensure the delivery of award-winning creative solutions.

  • Ensure projects are delivered at an award-winning standard and are prepared for entry into relevant competitions.

OPERATIONS:

  • Manage and maintain database setups within Clients & Profits, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Evaluate and refine processes annually to enhance internal and external service quality.

  • Implement and manage resource forecasting, providing analysis and reporting to the leadership team.

  • Lead cross-functional weekly status meetings to promote communication and collaboration.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or equivalent roles.

  • Proven ability to create detailed project schedules and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members.

  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

  • Excellent computer skills, with experience using process management software (e.g., Scoro).

  • Self-confident, proactive, and collaborative team player.
