Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead the rollout of a new time system across multiple countries. In this role, the Product Manager will collaborate with engineering squads, business partners, and other product managers to ensure the successful implementation of the system. They will oversee the coordination of dependencies across teams, ensuring that the needs of each country are properly reflected in the Jira agile tools. The Product Manager will also leverage agile ceremonies to work effectively with both internal teams and vendor squads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly adapt to the program environment and begin contributing to the team.

  • Balance active delivery with future planning to keep up with the overlapping waves of work.

  • Define value, risks, and impacts for programs and leadership.

  • Showcase work through presentations and demos with engineering partners.

  • Utilize Jira and other agile tools to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management in an agile environment, working directly with squads.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage different audiences and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira.

  • Experience with time management systems (e.g., UKG) and SaaS tools is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 or 9 years of directly relevant work experience.

  • Alternatives accepted: PhD or Law + 6 years; Masters + 7 years; Associates degree + 9 years; or High School + 10 years.

Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.39 to $65.99 per hour, depending on factors such as education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
