This position will serve as a member of the HR leadership team providing strategic guidance, and corporate oversight in the areas of Global Compensation and Performance Management. The role will be responsible for strategy development, plan design, and communication of all compensation programs including base pay, incentive plans, rewards programs, and equity programs, with particular focus on executive compensation. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will develop and manage company-wide programs that are competitive in the market, affordable, and clearly communicated and understood by the organization to help maintain a strong value proposition between Alkermes and its employees. Together with your direct report, you will be responsible for the design, management, and administration of compensation programs and Alkermes’ performance management cycle. Based in Massachusetts, you will also work closely with our other sites located in Ohio and Ireland to align philosophy, structure, systems and processes.
