Requirements:
- Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy experience (certification preferred but not a must).
- Proficiency in blood drawing techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and address patient concerns.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
