YST is a rotational program for high school students within Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, etc.
| Primary Responsibilities
| * Understand batch and bin/tag processes * Learn how to print and read pick sheets * Apply Hardware * Quality inspection - clean window * Apply foam to corners * Apply foam to corners and appropriate labeling * Obtain correct bead from cart * Roll bead onto frame using the hand roller |
| Qualification and Skills | * Basic computer skills - keyboarding, Windows helpful. * Willingness to be trained. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods. * Comply with Respectful Workplace policies and guidelines. * Dependability/punctuality. |
