This Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations (EO) position will support National Security Space programs in Sunnyvale, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
* TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph Required
* US Citizenship required at this facility
* Ability to lift 30 pounds
* Must possess a CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8572 qualified certificate (or obtain within the first 60 days of employment)
* Experience with Windows Server operating systems
* Install operating system security patches and firmware updates
* Create/manage security groups
* Coordinate hardware repair activities
* Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems/issues
* Create scripts to automate system administration tasks
* Create/edit Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) documentation
Desired Skills:
* Perform successful root cause analysis for problem resolution in Windows environments
* Experience administering virtual machines with VMWare ESXi
* Performing routine server/workstation patching per guidelines
* Advanced proficiency in scripting
* Successfully install server and associated hardware
* Successfully install/configure software applications and programs
* Integrations of windows environments
* Provide support to operations groups requiring off-shift and possible travel
* Provide IT support in a multi-functional environment that includes software support, network and server administration
* Managing servers in a disconnected environment
* Experience with Active Directory (AD)
* Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (system hardening, log management, configuration management [i.e., Nessus, Trellix, WSUS, SCCM, Splunk, SCAP, HBSS])

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
