SUMMARY

Renewal by Andersen has an exciting Warehouse Lead opportunity in our Cleveland, OH market! The Warehouse Lead is responsible for effectively managing the Warehouse. This includes coordinating the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of merchandise and materials. Maintain stock records and schedules. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of complicated tasks. 

  • Overseeing the work performance of the warehouse associates
  • Coaching/ Performance managing of associates.
  • Unload deliveries, lifting of individual windows & doors.
  • Pack out long length lumber.
  • Pull and stage lumber into vertical storage.
  • Clean and maintain warehouse standards.
  • Daily organization of job site material & returns.
  • Use of electric pallet jack/manual floor jacks.
  • Computer usage/ workbooks/system used for materials pick list.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing daily install materials
  • Managing unload process of weekly deliveries
  • Managing workload of warehouse associates
  • Delegating out tasks and following up on associate performance
  • Acting as a liaison between the operations team and the subcontractor installers 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • MS Office Computer Skills
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, written and verbal messages.
  • Excellent organizational skills in structuring work assignments, creating standard work procedures, and planning projects.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage inventory levels, with two years warehouse experience.
  • Solid interpersonal skills; customer orientation.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
