Job Description:
Job Title: UX/Design System EngineerLocation: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 month + extension
Job Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a focus on front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with React and Bootstrap, including component-based architecture and responsive design.
- Familiarity with design systems and experience contributing to or building scalable, reusable components.
- Understanding of UX principles, best practices, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers to ensure user-centered design implementation.
- Familarity with Figma
- Knowledge of component libraries and how to document and maintain them for broader use across teams.
- Experience with version control and familiarity with continuous deployment.
- Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to align development with the design vision.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensuring all UI components meet accessibility requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle debugging and optimization for performance.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions and challenges clearly.
