UX Writer, Sports
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled UX Writer to join our dynamic team in the sports industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and user-centered content that enhances the overall customer experience. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice and tone of our products while ensuring alignment with brand values and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and concise interface copy that aligns with user expectations and brand values.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and marketing teams to create compelling user flows and feature descriptions.
- Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
- Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
- Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
- Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
- Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
- Addressing feedback and improving performance of content
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX writing or a similar role, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and platform design.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging copy.
- Familiarity with user feedback mechanisms and how to implement insights into content strategy.
- Background in marketing or business is a plus.
- Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for tone and language consistency.
- Knowledge of design systems and their application in user interface design.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
