JOB TITLE:      UX/UI Designer

LOCATION:    Dallas, TX (telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.)

DUTIES: Responsible for creating compelling user experiences while focusing on business goals and technical requirements; collaborate with product design and development teams to integrate principles of usability or user centered design into the product development process; execute digital experience design projects from concept through to production; design wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, and UX technical requirements that incorporate fundamental usability principles for web, mobile, and tablet interfaces; conduct usability testing on digital properties to analyze behavior and identify areas for improvement; create personas and workflows for user stories; stay up to date with new UX/UI design trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in UX/UI Design, Information Experience Design, Product Design, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a UX/UI Designer, Design Consultant, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years with UX or UI (User Experience or User Interface) design or digital product design using Figma app, HTML, and CSS; conducting usability testing; designing wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams; producing clean, creative digital visuals; articulating user experience concepts and solutions; and advocating for customer-centric designs.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and completion of university-level coursework, research project, internship, or thesis, or 6 months of experience involving the skill sets stated above.
• Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
