Our well-known healthcare client is looking for a UX Research Operations Manager in a long-term, remote contract.

This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- Starts as soon as December 2nd, 2025
- 12 month duration with potential to extend
- Fully Remote (must be local to the US to be considered)

Ideal candidate:
- Looking for a total of 7 years; of UX Research, and/or Project Management experience
- Ideally someone who has had an operational / project management role in a UX/UI space
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience using User Zoom, User Interviews, Dovetail, or other relevant UX tools
- Truly looking for someone with Research expertise; their team comes from relevant industries but this would complete their team from a background standpoint.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle the operations for best UX Research practice, so that UX researcher can focus on their practice, rather than the operations / project management itself. This team specifically handles patient interfaces, clinical interfaces, and public-facing interfaces (i.e. when someone searches 'medical' in SEO, they want their website to pop up first)
- Speaks directly with patients, providers and other users of their digital products
- Assist team in reporting and tracking the work that they are doing for better departmental visibility
- Share, socialize, and evangelize the value of user research throughout the organization
- Create process, and guidelines for how the team manages data and content, ensuring confidentiality and patient privilege
- Help the team with managing project resourcing and allocating projects in a way that is visible to everyone
- Work cross-functionally with the UX Design team and other key stakeholders
