Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for an Adult Outpatient Therapist to join their Behavioral Health team!

The Adult Outpatient Therapist is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). They provide integrated outpatient mental health treatment services that are based on medical necessity. Therapists endeavor to promote symptom reduction, resiliency, wellness, independence and safety for individuals and families receiving mental health services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides treatment services through assessments and evaluations, including case management, individual and group treatment which promotes recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals receiving addictions and mental health treatment services.
- Directs and coordinates the client admission process and treatment, rehabilitation and support services of the program.
- Responsible for administrative tasks, such as medical record documentation.
- Performs many functions and treatment interventions to adult clientele at Adapt including crisis intervention, eligibility, access, and enrollment services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field, plus
- Experience in a mental health supported educational/health center settings is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
