Due to business growth, we are hiring for a newly created role of Talent & Development Partner. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative HR team and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive the success of our organization. You will partner closely with the Senior Talent & Development Partners as you execute upon the recruitment strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants to fill various entry-level and mid-level positions.
- Actively source and recruit candidates from a variety of media, career fairs, job boards, websites, networks, and professional associations, as well as building an ongoing talent pipeline
- Proactively research and create innovative sourcing strategies
- Promote our recruitment brand and provide a social media presence
- Build relationships with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers in order to consult on hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Extend offers of employment and initiate onboarding activities
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity recruitment, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a variety of discipline areas
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools, including ATS and social media platforms preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Portray professional, positive, self-directed, and motivated attitude.
