Intern – Supply Chain – Bothell, WA – Summer 2025
Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in a 3 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Bothell, WA. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Reporting Intern to support the Emergency Care (EC) Supply Chain team with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard maintenance. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work within a global supply chain function, supporting key initiatives related to inventory management, sales & operations execution (S&OE), and supplier performance tracking:
- Assist in generating, updating, and analyzing key supply chain reports, including inventory tracking, OTIF performance, S&OE updates, and MPR slides.
- Consolidate data from various sources to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for automating and streamlining manual reporting processes.
- Collaborate with planning, operations, and finance teams to validate data accuracy and support decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc reporting support for urgent supply chain and logistics needs.
- The intern will gain experience in data visualization, analytics, and process improvement while working with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, and inventory. How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
