40Summary:
The Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for coordination, supervision, and mentoring of assigned Family Intake Therapists in the department of Psychiatry. This position includes responsibility for scheduling, Performance and Development (P&D) evaluations, and time keeping for Family Intake Therapists. Responsible for assuring proper staffing of each role and staffing/filling in when needed. Promotes high standards of care as well as collaboration with all areas in behavioral health for a unified system demonstrating each area's value and relevance to the department.
Qualifications:
Child growth and development education required
Master's degree in social work or counseling required
4 years of Psychiatric experience
Pediatric experience preferred
LCSW or LPC required, LCSW-S & LPC-S preferred
CPR Heartsaver within 60 days of start date
CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention - Units 1-7 & 9-10 plus the CPI Children's Control Position from Unit 8 or must be completed within 60 days of start date
