Job Summary
You will work at our Birds Eye Foods plant in Darien, WI reporting to a Maintenance Planner. You will work with the maintenance team and different suppliers on a daily basis to operate and maintain the Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) storeroom and associated database to maximize production and facility availability. You will oversee the accurate receipt, issue and inventory of all maintenance repair materials to and from the Maintenance Parts Storeroom.
You Will:
- Review invoices, receiving paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracy
- Investigate and correct discrepancies, reaching out to corporate and plant resources
- Provide backup and perform tasks for procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room associates
- Review daily inventory and exception reports to support procurement department
- Write purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services
- Evaluate purchase requests for accuracy and other information
- Monitor and expedite the delivery of purchased goods and services in support of procurement and maintenance departments
- Assure orders are processed against the appropriate chart of accounts
- Receive and examine incoming stock for discrepancies/damage and work with vendors to resolve issues
- Conduct cycle counts of supply room inventory and participate in yearly inventory counts a
- Maintain compliance with all corporate and plant policies
You Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- Experience using computer software and SAP
- Intermediate math skills

Compensation:
Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
