- Provide learning opportunities that enhance clinical competence through the development of priority setting, clinical decision-making, delegation and time management skills
- Enhance the understanding of the multidimensional roles of the registered professional nurse; helping to bridge the education-practice gap that often occurs during the transition from the student role into the role of the registered professional nurse

3-week paid program, Pay rate: $17.00 per hour, Full Time, Shifts vary to incude days, nights, weekends and holidays
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited nursing program
- Graduation date: Spring 2025, Summer 2025, Winter, 2025
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Completed one round of clinical experiences or completed fundamentals coursework/at least one clinical experience.
- Must be able to attend orientation on 12/16
