As a Sales Manager for LATAM, you will take ownership for the sales and commercial efforts for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for developing the sales culture and upholding sales processes while building urgency and improvement daily.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining customer expend, competitors' participation in the market, register, upload in company systems, and keep update on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Driving early engagement & Pre-Tender for GaffneyCline portfolio.
- Defining the techno-commercial strategy to align with Company Product lines and plan for Must-Win Opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting annual revenue, cost, margins and profits estimations - with updates to reviews and business plans held every quarter
- Reviews and Business plans updates to be held every Quarter. Aligning company technical resources and experts, defining the strategy and resources to generate and present techno-commercial proposals
- Reviewing and approving commercial proposals, assuring that they meet company standards, and comply with quality and policies.
- Driving the strategy of customer engagement, participate in meetings, define follow up strategy and techno-commercial approach
- Reviewing KPI's and targets - (e.g. Revenue, Profitability, win rate, Opportunities Pipeline, Market Share, follow up strategy to keep above plans)

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Have a minimum 10 years of experience in the oil, gas and new energy or industrial industries
- Experience working with both NOC & IOC
- Be a fluent bi-lingual Spanish/English speaker
- Speak Portuguese (preferably)
