As a Senior Offering Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be accountable for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong thoughtful skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

You will report directly to our Director Offering Management and you'll work out of our Atlanta GA location on a hybrid work schedule. Honeywell is not offering to pay for relocation for this role.

In this role, you will impact strategic guide, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, performance-driven advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
* Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
* Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
* Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identify growth opportunities
* Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
* Conduct market research and thoughtfulness to identify customer needs and market trends
* Provide guide and guidance to the offering management team

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Experience with buildings automation, preferably fire detection
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Commercial Fire Detection Systems (including smoke or beam detectors)
  • Experience in a global organization
