Core Responsibilities
- Partners with leadership to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year. Ensures operational plans are consistent with business objectives.
- Develops financial and operational objectives. Analyzes financial and operational reports and communicates findings and risks; makes suggestions to improve processes.
- Facilitates Finance professionals' ability to support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
- Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
- Makes strategy and operations decisions on the ground floor that directly impact business.
- Position is integral in working closely with Commercial leaders to budget and forecast targets for revenue for both existing products and those in the new relationship pipeline
- Drive performance and deliver strategic analysis that supports decision-making and informs business performance
- Help the Commercial Team develop and implement strategies to support the company's growth and productivity objectives
- Help UA Finance Head with developing and implementing financial strategies that anticipate business trends, assess risks, and recommend alternative solutions to ensure that financial and business objectives are met
- Build relationships with and influence leaders across the CA business and broader matrix
- Under the direction of the Finance Head, build business analysis financial models for evaluating business opportunities
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $137,772.92 - $206,659.38
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
