Aquent Studios is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for our leading Pharma client. This designer will collaborate with other designers, strategists, and researchers to build customer-focused solutions. This is a partial onsite role based out of Morristown,NJ ( 2 days a week).
Responsibilities
- Realize creative concepts, presentation designs, storyboards and visualization of ideas.
- You will be expected to solve complex challenges with a user-centred design approach.
- Build consumer brand experience design through storytelling.
- You will be required to follow brand style guidelines and work with established visual patterns.
- You will drive and close on design requirements independently.
- You will work as an internal design consultant and present to clients and executives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in industry design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, as well as standard Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic knowledge of motion design, animation, and character development for video.
- Strong skill with Adobe Illustrator and vector illustration is required.
- Utilize AI tools and algorithms to generate and manipulate images, animations, and visual effects for various platforms and projects
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint, creating graphics, and using standard web-parts.
- Familiar with using collaborative tools like Miro for creating journey maps, ecosystem maps and service design workflows.
- Fluency and experience in the design thinking process.
- Active listener with ability to respond to feedback and prioritize workload
Key Qualifications
- 6 + years of experience as a graphic designer, user experience designer, or similar role with a “computational” design style that is modern and data-inspired; ability to rapidly visualize complex digital concepts
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign,MS PowerPoint (particularly with builds and animation)
- Experience creating storyboard illustrations, using generative AI (Adobe Firefly or DALL-E)
- Experience with Miro, Figma, building UI experiences and FigJam boards
- Strong design portfolio is a must, with emphasis on illustration.
- Experience working in a collaborative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as they relate to presenting and articulating design decisions.
- Must be a vibrant and engaging communicator who can present concepts and ideas to all levels of the company.
- Familiarity with the pharma/healthcare industry is a plus.

Compensation Range: $55 -65/hr DOE
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
