Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Sr. Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and layout, with a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs that resonate with our target audience. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, web graphics, and social media content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.
- Create and maintain design layouts and templates for a variety of digital and print mediums.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative design approaches.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design work from junior designers and interns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing layout and design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign; knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.
- Experience with real estate-related projects is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
