Overview
The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based Sr. Business Analyst role that is part of the Experience & Delivery team within the Digital Transformation & Technology department. This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months.
The Sr. Business Analyst position will support the operations of the IT Technology Purchasing and Vendor Management Office (TPVM), reporting to the TPVM Sr. Principal Team Leader. This position will work to research, document, and organize technology vendor data in relevant systems to provide vendor insights and support management capabilities. Further, this role will support purchasing and vendor management processes by documenting and consulting on such processes, including contract and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities
- Research and document data relevant to the current vendor ecosystem including contract data, vendor categorization, vendor performance data, and vendor risk data.
- Document purchasing and vendor management processes.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and implementation of vendor data relevant to the location, automation and tracking of vendor data.
- Develop and distribute surveys to IT staff to gain insights into vendor data, including performance and categorization data.
- Work with data analysts to develop dashboards and reporting on vendor insights.
- Support and track the vendor contracting process for certain IT sub-teams, including developing and maintaining a contract status documentation.
- Present contract status and issues to leadership.
- Support the TPVM team on vendor data analytics and other relevant projects, including project management and documentation needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Internal Audit, or Corporate Procurement.
- Excellent Project Management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to research and make connections with derived data.
- Technical acumen in dashboarding and spreadsheet management, including the ability to build pivot tables in Excel.
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate tenacity to get projects across the finish line.
- Familiarity with contracts and basic contract language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization (verbal and written).
- Ownership mentality with a deep sense of accountability over results.
- Comfortability with providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders.
