The Consumer Services Product team is at the forefront of identifying and developing the strategies for these new products. This Sr. Analyst role will help lead the product strategies to enhance the value and differentiate our portfolio of consumer products. This individual will work with our Internet, Mobile and Entertainment product management leads and cross-functionally across the entire organization to develop differentiated product strategies and roadmaps, which will enable us to grow both connects and revenue per customer. Among other duties, this individual will help be responsible for customer insights, product ideation, extensive data analysis, competitive analysis, business case development, feasibility assessments and go-to-market approaches. Core Responsibilities
- Conduct / leverage research, analysis and industry trends to help shape our long-term strategy and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Prepare business cases / model new growth opportunities in partnership with finance
- Analyze large internal datasets to help shape product strategies
- Maintain a pulse on key emerging technology trends that impact our sector and provide insights to senior leadership that helps shape and inform our product roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate across the product teams to support ad hoc strategic projects and analysis
- Evangelize product vision and concepts across internal constituents including executives, business owners, marketing, technology, and field leaders
- Manages, gathers and analyzes competitive intelligence data for product lines
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in strategy, strategic data analytics, product management or finance
- Significant demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis, experience working with large datasets and delivering insights
- Strong product acumen with an obsession over customer needs
- Strong level of intellectual curiosity, ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Ability to conceptualize and develop growth strategies based on data
- Familiar with consumer broadband technologies and solutions
- Rare mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, and verbal agility to earn the trust of business and technical teams across the company.
