Position Overview
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive traffic to the company's online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics to maximize outreach and engagement.

This will be all five days onsite in Gilbert, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
• Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and community interactions.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
• Design and implement community management practices to foster a positive brand image.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and deadline adherence.
• Utilize video editing skills to enhance social media content and engagement.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
• Strong skills in content creation and writing for various digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and various design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in community management and marketing.
• Familiarity with video editing software and techniques.
• A background in digital marketing is preferred.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
