The Small Sales Manager at Hyatt Tamaya is an entry-level sales department job, this role involves coordinating all aspects of small meetings, conferences, and events, from initial planning execution. The meeting connections Manager works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and innovative ideas to enhance their events. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to costumer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well organized documentation reports, utilizing Hyatt systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training program or equivalent training.
• Prefer 1-2 years previous hotel experience.
