The Setter Trainee will participate in a six (10) week training program to develop the skills on delicate jeweler detailing and the essential fundamental skill sets to become a stone setter.  The training program will include familiarization with various jeweler tools, techniques and processes.  Training is Monday through Friday first shift, with the opportunity for overtime depending on production demand.  

Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for jewelers, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite.  Promote safety by making suggestions for improvement and promptly reporting all incidents and safety issues to your team leader.

Participate in Tiffany & Co. jeweler training program learning to create and/or repair precious jewelry using precious metals with and without gem stone, while learning Tiffany & Co. quality and production standards.

Work in a team environment maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.  Participate and carry out all assigned tasks and any other team requirements.

  • Training classes are ongoing with regularly scheduled sessions

Command of communication – Written and Spoken

Appropriate hand dexterity as indicated by bench assessment.

Ability to follow directions

Ability to sit for long hours

  • High school diploma or GED
