Position: Service Billing Specialist Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite) Pay Range: $17.00 to $23.00 depending on skill set Job Type: Full-Time Company: CSTK Inc. is an award-winning Authorized Thermo King dealership group providing a complete line of refrigerated transportation products, including parts, service, aftermarket accessories, trailer repair, and technology solutions. • Prior customer service work experience to include prior billing/invoicing, scheduling, and working directly with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Good attendance and safety record.
• Ability to work overtime when required

Essential Responsibilities

• Prior service billing/invoicing experience and scheduling experience preferred.
• Compile and maintain service reports and records.
• Review work orders for accuracy and timely enter in service system.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to Customers.
• Obtain PO's and close completed invoices in timely manner.
• General office duties to include filing and payables
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
