Our luxury retail client is looking for a Sr Web Copy Manager with strong CMS experience to join their team onsite 3+ days/week!
Role is 40 hours/week onsite with some OT during deadlines!
This Sr Web Copy Manager will be:
- An expert in the company's style and brand voice, with deep knowledge of the products, copy attributes, the industry, and competitor content and presentation
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of messaging on all sites globally
- Formatting, editing, and implementing website copy on CMS for new products, existing products and other while working under extremely tight daily deadlines
- Managing team of ~5 writers/editors along with the calendar and ensure global launch deadlines are met
- Managing library of customer-facing reference documents, including Care, Assembly Instructions and Tearsheets
- Supporting international expansion efforts, with localization
Skill/Experience:
- 5+ years of web copy experience, preferably in retail, luxury or home furnishings
- Prior experience managing a team within a deadline-driven production environment
- Experience with/technical proficiency in CMS', web page authoring, process and workflow building, and localization of content for other markets and basic HTML
- Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills
- Exceptionally focused on details, unwaveringly meticulous, and dedicated to maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, and Google Workspace
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
