Full Job Description

A top U.S. retailer seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join the team on a full-time basis! You’ll be instrumental in transforming complex workflows and information into intuitive and user-friendly experiences. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using design thinking principles to brainstorm solutions and facilitate user-centered design.
  • Develop and present compelling design concepts through effective storytelling and clear communication.
  • Champion highly usable experiences, prioritizing user needs while keeping business goals in mind.
  • Prototype rapidly and iterate on designs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to the design system by expanding the component library.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive design environment, staying up-to-date on design trends across industries.

  • Has experience with design sprints and customer journey mapping.
  • Approaches problems from diverse perspectives to create well-rounded solutions.
  • Is a self-motivated, organized individual with a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR and work onsite 5 days/week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product design.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing elegant and user-centric design solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and inclusivity.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience mentoring junior designers.
