What You'll Do:
The Senior Marketing Manager of Non Personal Promotion, Immuno-Oncology will be responsible for the planning and execution of HCP media and digital marketing efforts in the US on a set of IMFINZI indications. This position is in person, based in Gaithersburg, MD and will report to the Director of NPP & Consumer Marketing, IO.
Lead implementation of HCP, non-personal, digital marketing strategies in the US market for a set of IO indications
Lead implementation of innovative HCP digital marketing strategies and programs in the US market
Support the creation of HCP campaign strategies with a focus on opportunities that enable us to orchestrate our campaigns across channels and functions
Manage creative projects and workflow with agency and media agency of record
Lead implementation of HCP, non-personal, digital marketing strategies in the US market
Manage digital media activations with our media agency ensuring best-in-class media plan, performance and execution
Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust, open communication and fun
Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives
Collaborate within the IO brand team and cross functional teams such as Market Access, Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Legal, to ensure full alignment, maximize synergies and advance the business
Effectively manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility
Collaborate to provide a multidisciplinary view of media data and analytics, helping define clear KPls across the marketing funnel that enable the team to clearly gauge investment effectiveness
Assist in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies
Leverage best practices from within the global commercial organization and continually develop learning from industry and outside of industry best practices
Support broader NPP & Consumer team with a forward-thinking team-first attitude
Who You Are:
A motivated, high-energy professional with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that deliver strong commercial results
A collaborator and relationship builder with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to bring digital media strategies to life while ultimately driving business results within a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
A self-starter and out of the box thinker who will maintain the foundational elements of a digital strategy for HCPs while bringing new ideas and tactics to the table to optimize effectiveness and ultimately change behaviors
What Experience Do You Have:
Bachelor's Degree required.
3+ years of total commercial healthcare experience required
US HCP digital marketing/media experience required, oncology product marketing experience preferred
Product launch experience preferred
Outstanding project management skills and experience handling multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgets
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues
Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/ or exceeding objectives
Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 128,834.40- $ 193,251.60. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
