Full Job Description
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A Senior Consultant must have a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical, business, or management discipline or equivalent, proven industry experience. An advanced degree is preferred. Other requirements include the following.
Minimum
- Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in enterprise IT management, technology consulting, advisory, or professional services.
- 5+ years experience as a Consultant or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with organizing cross, Digital Workspace, domain solutions in support of mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations.
- Ability to determine client’s business objectives as a priority and mapping supporting technologies to those objectives, brokering associated executive communications accordingly.
- Must have a functional understanding of core Digital Workspace technologies to include:
- M365 workloads
- VDI
- Unified endpoint management
- EUC management platforms
- Unified communications
- Licensing assessment, persona mapping, asset management, and ROI consulting and analysis experience is highly beneficial.
- The ability to evaluate large amounts of data to identify similarities between persona groups, trends, abnormalities, etc. is helpful.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft practice area, key technology partners, and market trends.
- Experience in Leading large Enterprise Migrations/Consolidation of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business and Teams
- Experience in leading conversations around Mobile Device Management and the various platforms on the market. (Strong focus on Intune, JAMF and Workspace One)
- Advanced client-facing skills, including analyzing complex problems and influencing and negotiating with clients and facilitating Workshops across multiple technical domains.
- Demonstrated technical consulting experience in one or more vertical sectors: government, public sector, higher education, finance, health care, technology, or other commercial.
