Pic The Gift is seeking a passionate new supervisor for our rapidly growing Production Department. These candidates must LOVE their job as they will be responsible for ensuring our customers LOVE the product that is perfectly manufactured to exceed our customer's high standards! This is a high volume Production and quality control department where speed, accuracy, and attention to details go hand in hand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the efforts of departmental employees (PM shift) who are responsible for packaging and shipping customer orders

• Develop packing and shipping team to ensure they are meeting and exceeding company standards

• Ensure that orders are sent to the appropriate customer in its entirety, in the most efficient manner; abiding by all company and government regulations.

• Motivate staff to deliver consistent productivity levels.

• Daily communication, and planning with Warehouse managers

• As a working supervisor, provide back-up support for your team as needed

• Investigate quality control and shipping errors from your team. Provide coaching necessary to prevent future errors.

• Must be available for occasional evening and weekend support

• Work collaboratively with other leaders, actively participate in management meetings, and make recommendations for team or process changes to meet company goals and objectives.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

• The ability to understand and adjust resources to meet the highs and lows of business demands.

• Ability to coach, train and develop talent from within your team.

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Familiarity with timekeeping and scheduling software, and ERP systems.

• SAP experience is a plus

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College Degree or transferable experience and college coursework is preferred.

• At least 3 years of high volume packing and/or shipping experience which must include at least 1 year of supervisory responsibilities.

Pay: Starting at $55,000.00 per year

Additional Info:

• Hours for the shift are 7:00a - 3:30p
• Overtime is based on the needs for the facility and those hours will be 7:00a- 4:30p
