Located in Lexington, Kentucky, Pomegranate Inc has been in business for over 30 years.  Pomegranate specializes in high-end, handmade table linens.  We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing sales associates to join our first-ever flagship retail store here in Lexington.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Become familiar with Pomegranate products and manufacturing process. 

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining store displays

• Participate in Store promotions and events

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centered work environment

• Ability to work as a team – very important

• Basic computer skills

• High school diploma

• Flexibility with scheduling
