Job Summary
A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the LAnguage Understanding and generatioN researCH (LAUNCH) group at the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Computer Science and Engineering, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Under the supervision of Dr. Lu Wang, the postdoctoral researcher will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of natural language processing related research topics including (but not limited to): narrative understanding, reasoning, and AI alignment.

The candidate will have received (or anticipate receiving by the date of hire) a doctoral degree in computer science or related fields, with demonstrated interest in natural language processing. Duration: The initial appointment is for one year, and the renewal of the appointment in following years is contingent upon excellent performance, the availability of funds, and an appropriate work authorization status.
