Develop the Reliability Strategy for the Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care
Business.
Your role:
- Work with the project teams to develop a reliability program plan to document tasks, methods, tools, tests and analyses that are required for the success of new products.
- Assist engineering teams to achieve warranty reduction and improve customer satisfaction by leading quality efforts on problem identification, failure root cause analysis, corrective action development and resolution verification.
- Manage and conduct training and workshops on quality and reliability engineering, robustness, and statistics as necessary within product engineering.
- Participate in product design and reliability reviews during new product development to ensure robustness of product design and manufacturing processes.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a minumum of 5 years of experience with Reliability testing and working with product engineering to develop reliability requirements, establish a reliability program and perform appropriate analyses to ensure that new products meet all of the requirements.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (New Kensington, PA) is $118,000 to $141,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
